Returns and Exchanges
- All return/exchange requests are to be made within seven days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
- Only item(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached are eligible for return/exchanges.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping & charges associated with exchanges and returns
- Insurance is recommended for all return shipments as The Morris Collective is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages.
- The Morris Collective has the right to refuse any return.
Please note: All refunds, order cancellations, Paypal disputes, and chargebacks will be issued via store credit. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
